Very bad experience! I arrive at the drive with my colleague in the car, we order 2 separate menus, and my colleague mentions that she doesn't want ketchup because she's allergic to it! I'm asking the crate if there's the two menus in the bag, and I'm told that yes. I'm going back to my place of work, and I see my burger is missing! So I'm calling burger King to report them, and they're telling me to come back. I don't have that to do, especially since my work break was short. I go back and ask them on the phone to prepare it for me. I'm coming to burger King the second time, I'm waiting 20 minutes for my burger while I called for them to redo it! She didn't give a ketchup-free burger to my colleague who found herself with a ketchup burger while she's allergic! She didn't even see food because of you! And the same to me because my break was over, I lost 30 minutes and the commercial gesture that I was made is to add some fries, which are absolutely no cost! She didn't even put Mayonnaise while I asked her several times. All this without goodbye, and without apology from the person who finalizes the order at the last window, a woman who despised me openly, saying it's good you can go! I won't go back!
