Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

We literally just left this Burger King and oh my GOD. Samantha, if that?s even her real name, was the rudest manager, or even rudest person, I have ever interacted with. We simply came to place our order and, first of all, it took about half an hour for anybody to even start taking our order. The FIRST thing she did was sigh loudly over the speaker. We have 5 people in the car, and after EVERY order, she rudely asked ?is that all?? ?are you done?? She even sucked her teeth at us. In an attempt to be understanding that it IS late at night, and they MAY be understaffed, we continued to be polite. The driver in the group told her to have a nice day after we picked up half our food order (again, hoping to bring some kindness to her) and she immediately gave him a dirty look and just told him to drive up front to wait for the fries. She brought the fries out to the passenger, practically threw it in the window, and ROLLED HER EYES before walking away without even letting us say thank you. Every step of the way Samantha was as rude as she could be, and we tried very hard to be kind and respectful. She wore a button up shirt, which is typical of managers, so I believe her position needs to be reconsidered if this is how she treats her customers. We just opened our bag and our whoppers don?t have cheese like we ordered! AND we didn?t get any buffalo sauce for the chicken fries like we asked for. So not only was she rude, but the food order was taken wrong as well.

The staff was friendly although it was rather hectic for a moment otherwise it was a walk through my personal hell. My favorite part of today's experience is that when I approached the Coca-Cola freestyle machine I had to make 4 different choices with the machine being out of one selection after the next... I finally settled for a regular coke... They were out of that too. Such fun!

Such rude staff. Samantha was working drive through tonight and right off the bat she was extremely rude and we were very nice and courtesy even though we waited almost half an hour before ordering our food. She rolled her eyes multiple times at us and even sighed when we were ordering food. Not very friendly at all, I think the owner should reconsider her position.

I just want to say how nice Jessica and Trey was. It was late and they were just about to close for breakfast. They looked out for me when the other chains didn?t. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure I could eat. I greatly appreciate them and I hope BK notices they have great employees. Just because of them I?ll be back.

The food ok but the place smells, it is quiet dirty and restrooms are impossible, the worst ever. They already knew their restrooms were in deep bad shape and did nothing about it.
