Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

Just got back from this location. As I was waiting for my order, I looked down, and saw a dead bug on it 's back I assumed was a cockroach. I told the people working there. A man, and woman came from behind the counter, saying it was a cricket. I believe I was mistaken, but both of their attitudes were horrible. She 's stomping around stating they don 't have cockroachs, and then I hear the guy say I was screaming it in the restaurant. I turned to him, and said I 'm sorry, was I speaking too loudly for you? At which point they both denied he said it, but then the female employee says we weren 't talking about you. At this point I 've had enough, and asked her what they 're store number was. She refused to answer the question. This location needs some serious training on keeping their location clean, and customer service relations.

Terrible terrible service. Their drive thru was not working so I pulled to the window where I was yelled at and told we knew you were out there, we are busy we get busy sometimes you won 't get what you want fast!!! And boy was he right the food was somehow both cold and burnt! I wanted to get a rodeo cheese burger. I am not sure what he gave me but wow... I have come to expect much better.

Ordered Whopper Jr. Meal and Whopper meal. No one in line. Been here for 20 mins.and just got food. Fries are dark brown, room temp, and taste like stale oil. Burgers also room temp. Got lots of apologies but no explanation. Also, all tables were dirty and sticky. Luckily I had wipes.

Worst experience in a Burger King and the third. Employees fight and scream. My order is incomplete, spent more than ten minutes on the vault and it was cold, the lady in the back was crazy with the colleague and we paid the consequences. You ruined our Sunday.

Dirty! The fast food restaurants in this area are dirty. A few months ago we went to the McDonald's next door and it wasn't well maintained. Even the food was okay. The sandwich was unordered and they just stacked in the middle.
