Bull & Bear - Reservar uma mesa

Had the pleasure of having my twins 21st birthday at this venue. Food was terrifically tasty, more than plentiful and David was totally flexible with some alternate dishes. Not only that, but they also looked after some of our guests that had special dietary needs too, with absolute ease. The service on the night was impeccable with constant feedback from everyone there that Ella and Aaron were outstanding, well supported behind the bar by the bar man with the most too; attention to detail that is! To have all 50 something of us totally satisfied and still raving about how wonderful a night we had is an understatement. David to you and your team front of house and in the kitchen, Thank You for a great and memorable experience, everything was simply outstanding!!! So there's the benchmark now, good luck, happy 2nd year anniversary and see you soon for lunch when I next pop in.

With its relatively high rating and listing, we decided to try this restaurant as Tapas appealed to us. The seating and service were good, but the food was not.Unless you have the set menu, the rest are really main courses and large. So unless you share, small serving multiple dishes are not available. ie not really Tapas at all. The lamb with zuchini salad main sounded nice, but the lamb was over-cooked, and the zuchini salad was laced with so much vinegar that it was inedible. We will not be going back !!

We (a group of work colleagues) were to celebrate with a friend that was being transferred through work to a country location, so a group attended the Bull and Bear.Be aware for dinner its is allocated sittings 6pm to 8pm the 8pm till late, but the atmosphere was great ideal for what we wanted, the food was great, we shared a number of tapas, the best was chicken croquettes in my opinion anyway but several dishes were very tasty and good portions, steer away from the mussels (to small and not worth it).

We went here on Easter Sat night, and sat out on the tables out the front. Because there was 8 of us, we did the set menu and they effortlessly swapped out the dishes with dairy for me and told me which ones has a lot of gluten (I'm not celiac and don't react too badly, so I can be flexible) Lovely olives too.

Had a group lunch here, went the tapas set menu for simplicity, was great food. Works well for group meals so could try loads of their awesome tapas. Lovely casual dining vibe. Jug of sangria hit the spot too!
