Buffalo Grill - Reservar uma mesa

We're going to family. 2 adults and two children without reservation on Friday night. The wait was more than correct for this day of high influence. We were served by Lonetta, hold this pretty name well because she made us spend a wonderful evening, I can only recommend it to you, if possible ask to be served by this person. During the installation at the tables his smile was seen through the mask so sincere. It has been easy for family discussion and especially for children (6 and 8 years), and it is not in all restaurants that this happens. We asked him questions about our special requirements, burger without ognion and even the change of opinion on the completion of the children's dish while they were already in preparation. Lonetta responded directly and with a good solution, all with the same enthusiasm as at the beginning. We were coming for our daughter's birthday tonight, after some confidence in the order that she confirmed that everything would be implemented for this unexpected request. And what a success! My daughter was at the angels, all the surprises of the music and the 'Lonetta' and her acolyte singing the anniversary song with a cake. Have eaten like ice. It must be said that dishes do not degrade either, from welcome salad to dessert, everything was fresh or hot and always very good. We asked to take children's cakes for the home, their sugar levels are well filled. Another pleasant point the child corner has a digital touch table, offering games to play by 6 players at the same time. It does not seem anecdotal, but having a game or all children can play together, it avoids a lot of conflict and thus a tearing crisis, parents will understand. Last point of the invoice, there was also a good surprise that we spent 50€ for the whole. In my memories, it was more expensive. Really last night, Buffalo grill you ran badly. I repeat myself and I assume that the stars in my daughter's eyes have no price, but last night they had a name, thank you Lonetta for your relationship. We'll be back of course.

This day we came to this restaurant to have a good time. A recent and industrial decoration without distorting the theme of the Buffalo grid. Upon arrival on site a warm welcome and very smiling by all the staff, from the waiter to the manager. We were served by Magalie. Who welcomed us very well and showed excellent professionalism at the meal. Thanks to her for her good mood and goodness. Bravo Buffalo 5/5
