Buffalo Grill - Reservar uma mesa

This was my third time visting a Buffalo Grill restaurant. The first 2 visits I was happy, even with the amount of English from the waiters side. At this restaurant, I asked for the English menu in French, which is the end of my knowledge.I ordered my starter, which went well. Then I ordered the prime rib, medium rare. After like 15 minutes, the waiter brought me a plate of pork ribs. I told him that it was not what I ordered and he made sure he wrote down the good thing. Then after 15 minutes I received a prime rib, which was well done. Then I explained another waiter that it was wrong again, and suddenly they were able to speak English. In the end I got my prime rib, medium rare and a free beer for the inconvenience.In the end I ordered some side dishes, Ratatouille and French Fries. What could go wrong with that? Well, the French fries were too dark.

Restaurant was very busy with a 20 minute wait for a table. Eventually we we seated in a very cramped booth. 4 people with barely any elbow room.Had to summon a waiter after 30 minutes to take our drinks and food order as we were just being ignored.4 bowls of random salad appear, not ordered and with no explanation.We ordered 2 sharing starters and only one arrived, on enquiring about the second one it turned up cold after 5 minutes. Mains were average, steaks were very plain, dry.Overall not impressed when the prices were pretty expensive too, won't be going back.

good resto, good reception, pleasant staff but service a bit long (Friday evening) when you have children even if I think the staff is giving it to serve the customers in time and hours but to see in week if it is the service is faster otherwise I recommend.

A chain of these restaurants, so you know what you get. But food is not bad, but popular (like buffalo wings). Instead of giving you bits to eat before, they give you a nice green salad.

6 of us ate here - all had starters and main course. Really good value for money and good portion size
