Brothers Pizza Grill

I'm done with this place. Double the take-out time if placing a take-out order. The last 3 out of 3 visits have resulted in excessive wait times AFTER placing an order. After calling on the phone to place a pizza order, the order isn't even close to being ready upon arrival. On 8/11/23, I called at 5:30 to place an order for a single, small pizza. The lady on the phone said it would be 40 minutes. I thought that was rather lengthy considering it was just a small pizza. I agreed and responded to the restaurant 40 minutes later. When we arrived, they hadn't even put our pizza in the oven yet! We had to stand around for another 20 minutes to get our food! I understand that places get busy at times and things can happen but this has become a regular pattern for them. This is at least the third time this has happened in the past 6 months. I only go because my wife loves their pizza. Even she said we were done after out last encounter. Great pizza but HORRIBLE time management with no consideration to the customer. Not going back.

If you have not checked this little place out. They are a small place but the pizza is the best I have had and they make it with love. And the staff are so friendly. My first time in and I will be back. Glad they made the lost representing Virginia that I found on the Living in Lynchburg page on Facebook. I have driven by it so many times when I was checking out the church next door and really never paid attention to the little place tucked in. Don't miss out my friends. I can't wait to go back again.

Pizza was great which is the reason for the generous rating. It took over an hour to get it when the lady said 20 minutes. The staff seem unorganized. My suggestion would be to order take out but give them plenty of time. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
