I had heard lots of good comments about this place, mostly that it is a surprisingly good initiative hidden away below the Town Hall. It has disability access ramps, a few tables outside in the sun, lots of tables inside, it is light and airy and bright and filled with tables of stylish llocal arts and crafts to browse over. The coffee is good, definitely a cut above the ordinary coffee shop, lots of nice things to choose from, either a little something with coffee or a breakfast or lunch dish and those I saw being delivered to tables were beautifully presented and delicious looking. The atmosphere is very pleasant, lots of magazines to read, books and toys for children. It is the sort of concept that a lot of thought has gone into. I have been twice this week, recommended it to others and will definitely go back often. Totally good concept.

I've been coming to Brick+Mortar for over 6 months and just love it. It's a combo of cafe, retail and artist hub which not only buys local but also supports locals artists through their community workshops.In all of that time, I've gotta say that I have never had a bad meal or a dodgy coffee. The staff are always super friendly and really unpretentious. Plus everything is prepared fresh on site.I often bring my 3 yo daughter here and she just loves the baby-chinos. It is VERY child friendly. They even have toys for kids to play with over by the magazine/book shelf.I also bring a lot of business partners here for meetings. It is a very flexible space and I highly recommend it.

Super cool little place , fresh squeezed juices, all house made soups, brunch, cakes, nice coffee all in an artisans creative space a under the Norwood Town Hall where you can buy works from local craftsmen

Great art and craft/gift space with wonderful little cafe within. Open Monday to Saturday for breakfast and brunch with great coffee and fresh simple house made salads, soups, open sandwiches etc

Love the concept and have been there many times. Service varies from excellent to abysmal depending on which staff are working. You can wait a very very long time for a coffee
