Brewers Arms - Reservar uma mesa

What in the league of gentlemen is this place The landlady, I haven't come across someone so rude in customer service as her before. The attitude is awful. I have read a few reviews and they do complain about the landlady. This place could be alot better if it was more welcoming and the ladies staff were trained up to be more professional and polite. I think she should be out the back and not on customer service it really brings the place down. I mentioned this unpleasant visit to another place in the village and they said they get alot of people come in complaining of this lady, it's well known in the village. If you're that unhappy In your job or life then do something about it rather than be rude to paying customers. At the end of the day without your customers your pub would be closed! I won't be going back.
