Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

Today I stopped from braum for an orange-shot frozen. I paid for my order at 4:58 a.m. and made me on the way to the second window to receive my contract. I just waited 15 minutes for my order to say that they are from orange sherbet. I sat there for 15 minutes without a worker coming to inform me about the lack of product. I finally got the attention of the student employee who worked through the trip and he let me know they were in a sherbert. I asked for my money back and to see a manager. the student worker returned my money and the manager came into the window and said nothing that sounded like an excuse for my long waiting period. it has not proposed any other article. I totally understand that this is going out of product. but I don't understand the lack of customer service I've experienced at braum today. please note their customers especially if the dinges don't go as they should

If I could give five negative stars, I would! The area where you order your ice cream was filthy. After waiting in the ice cream line for more than 30 minutes, we gave up. When we arrived, there were just 5 people in front of us and two people working the ice cream line. By the time it was our turn, no one was working the line. The gentleman moved over to take a food order, and the girl had stopped working the line to go get more chocolate chip ice cream which NO ONE had ordered. We spoke with Alexis, the manager, and all she could say was that's what I have to work with. WE'RE DONE WITH BRAUM'S ON MAIN STREET IN EULESS.

I ordered my food at 8:25. only ordered a 1/4 lb burger, a limonade and pommes. it took over 20 minutes to get my food, and the limonade was only limette juice and unsweet seltzer. I was at many different locations, both in and through, and that was the best experience I could ever have imagined. I should've gotten to the sound next door. They're sucking, but they're kind of better. super sad because eating tastes great, but the service on this particular is anxious.

that was the best place in town to get food. it is so far downhill, from the rude ride thru dame on the morning to the uncompetent staff in the night. the ketchup dispensers have been out for weeks. tonight I visited a rough, two inch long, blonde, brown hair glued from my burger. the counter lady gave my money back, but never apologized. how disappointing. is there any other place that offers decent, sanitary food and service? sad

best 2 draws of triple berry pfirsich on the planet. even if the anti-team is something on the younger side of the dinge, they were very efficient and kept the line along. cordial gratitude to the manager for their training techniques and thanks to the crew, who drew attention to what I had to say and considers me important?
