We had sat outside this restaurant in order to be served but after about 15 minutes we were left sitting. We decided we would go inside for table service and sat down at a table. We had the menu (in French) and we made a choice. We were the second lot of people in this part of the room at that time. The waitress ignored us totally as she continued to serve all those that came in after us! My husband placed his hand up in a polite way to indicate we were ready to order and she still ignored us. In the end after about another half an hour we got up and walked out. We felt awful. All I can think is that she felt intimidated by English speaking people and could not cope with us ordering and trying to understand us! I do forgive her. We went across the road and had a wonderful meal where we were offered a menu in English. I strongly recommend English speaking clients go across the road.
Arrived without knowing nothing about the place, the resturang was almost full but still got a table, lot of locals. It took over 30 min to order, but the food arrived quickly and it was good. If you are in a hurry do not choose this place, if you don't mind gossiping a bit with the neighbour or look at people, then maybe choose another place. Still great food.
If you come with children, be sure you wil be received with hostility. We were not welcomed at all and the waitress suggests us to leave if we were not up to order what she wanted. It was not acceptable; we moved to another restaurant where we found a friendlier staff. Too bad for them!
