Prologue with the reservation, I'm asked for my e-mail, why not. We arrive for dinner, I say I booked, the table is very well, everything is fine.First wrong step when the server leaves us in plan with the menus, long enough, don't ask us if we want to drink something, and we literally have to go get it to order apero. On the side of the meal, a pleasant beef rib and a very good wine. We pat, we pat, the dessert puts time to come, they begin to store the kitchen. As we no longer had any hunger, we said at the end of a moment that it would be finally a good for our line, I went to pay by noting that they had forgotten the dessert, and then I was told that if I want they can do it quickly (the kitchen was rowed, yet), I answer that it is not very serious and on that they offer a calva, which is a good idea in itself. The problem is that the said calva was really not good (sounding in such a place, and while our neighbors had just slipped from the alcohols they seemed to enjoy a lot), and while we had the sweet taste of the wine in the mouth, it was a bit spoiled the atmosphere (gustative). And when I came home, I had an e-mail telling me because I didn't come when I had booked, saying that I should have warned because I prevented a lot of people from going to dinner at home (precision: it was early January during the holidays, the room was half empty).Damn, especially since we left quite a lot of under-out in this dessert, But the beef rib was very good!

That's the best description I can use to give you a sense of the Cuisine at Braisenville (the name is a pun using the word for a charcoal grill). In fact, the Menu suggests choosing 3 savory and 1 sweet dish per person. We got a Potato and Mushroom soup, Grilled Veggies, a Burata and Fruit dish, Seabass, Veal, Pecorino Cheese and 2 glasses of Red Wine. I agree with many comments that you do not come here for the wine - neither the selection nor the prices are particularly attractive. However, each of the 6 dishes was excellent! Nouveau touches in every one (such as fruit with the Burata, Sorbet with the Fish, and a delicious Flan with the Veal). Beautifully prepared and served. We sat at the bar as all good tables were taken at 9pm on a Wednesday! Bartender service was excellent - his English is very good and he explained each dish and its ingredient very precisely. BTW, I lived in Paris 15 years ago and this area (near Pigalle) was not attractive. But we came here on the recommendation of a French friend, and Sacree Bleu, this area is happening!Two Thumbs Up!

When we arrived at the restaurant, we barely had a hint of an extremely unpleasant and haughty first server. Then, we waited 25 minutes before another server (can be experienced) came to take our order. Finally, it's another server (very nice and smiling, it's good), who took care of bringing us the dishes, he forgot to launch our 3rd dish, we waited 30 minutes before it arrived...We were so upset, we didn't take dessert. We were offered a digestive "to be forgiven for the 30 min waiting between the dish", but that is not enough, we will not return to the Braisenville. What we've done was good, nothing to say about it, but it's too little copied. you get out of this hungry restaurant, for an addition around €100! Shut up!

a kitchen with a beautiful soul. exceptional raw materials. Just cooking. a discreet, attentive and pleasant service. a friendly and rigorous relationship between the kitchen and the room. What to say is good, original, creative, beautiful, warm.
