Boston Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

Went in with 3 adults and 3 toddlers under 5.Told us it would be 10 minutes and we decided to wait.The 4 groups ahead of us were seated and we were next. The server then announced quote "it will be a long wait for us" and then seated the next group that came in after us.No explanatin. Had to push her until she mumbled something about a high chair. No full explanation and no time line suggested. Inferred was to go away. Our kids had not made a peep during the time we sat and everyone was in a good mood until then.I went back and spoke to Tony Gray the owner.He suggested we come again and he would make sure we were looked after the next time. No interest in who we were and no contact information forthcoming from him.Same service and response United Airlines braged about. Looks like their bottom line is doing well despite themselves. Boston Pizza should be proud of this group.Noce way to treat a new neighbor who just got her new house keys an hour before. To bad her Realtor recomended this outlet. I love Boston Pizza for team events but Okotoks Boston Pizza was a huge letdown. Soccer Tournament Weekend had ten of us for an after game party. The place was still only half full. The service was okay but the training was lacking with no manager support. No follow up. The food quality and timing was really poor. Cold nachos with chewy nachos (really stale!), bartenders couldn't make a **** Mary. Really!!?! Corporate, please step in. Your company is better than this. Won't go back in Okotoks to BP!

Organized our team for a group lunch. They had other large teams that day but were able to squeeze us in. We preordered To help us speed up the process and they did amazing! Great staff! Great service!

We stopped in to pick up pizza to treat our grand children. The pizza was cooked promptly and kids were pleased with the pizza.

Worst takeout ever _Again tonight order two pasta dishes tonight and they tasted like nothing.
