Boston Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

Went to Boston Pizza in North Bay on a weekday evening, and it was absolutely packed. This location, like every other Boston Pizza, is laid out the same way, with the same menu. We got a booth at the end of the dining room. There were some extremely large tables (of 20 or more), and luckily we got our order in before they did. There was a fundraiser that evening for a local children's play company, so each server had a helper, and 10% of the bill went back to the organization. I've been to Boston Pizzas before where a similar initiative took place for a local group. Good on them for doing this. We were not pressured to order quickly, and took our time ordering drinks and then the meals. They came quite swiftly, considering how busy the restaurant was that evening. The meals were hot and delicious, and were large enough to justify the prices. The menu has quite a lot of variety on it, and each of us got something that satisfied each of us. Check out was a little slow, but that was fine over all. The TVs were showing sports. The server was quite friendly and smiled nicely. He received a 20% tip for his efforts.

We dropped into this establishment for supper. It was after 6 pm and the dining area wasn't very busy but the bar area was as an NHL hockey game was about to start. We were graciously greeted and escorted to our table. There we were approached by our server who promptly took our beverage order and gave us menus. We found it a bit cool inside as they had the A/C cranked. We asked if they could turn it down and they did. We place our orders and received them all within 20 minutes. Food was good. Service was great. All in all...a solid 9/10. We would return.

We loved this place 3 years ago, but after ordering from there from the past few years, it's like they're not even trying anymore.

Good chain restaurant to go for beers after work. Service is decent and there are always different sporting events on all TVs.
