If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered Pizza and appetizers for a large group. Placed my order at 5:20pm..it was an hour later and still not there so I just called to check in. Whoever answered told me they would be there in 10 minutes. So I said okay thanks and hung up. 25 minutes later I realized it still wasn't here so I did call back and see what was going on since the place is a minute down the block. The person who answered apologized said the guy should be there in 5 minutes and the original person who took my order forgot to put my ticket in. I'm happy I called an hour later or else I would have never got the order. The pizza wound up showing up at our door 2 hours after I called. Nothing was offered to be done or a discount for next time to make good for their mistake. My husband called the next day to just let the manager or owner know of the situation and the person he spoke to was beyond rude. Told him we were liars and the food was there 10 minutes after I called the second time, asked what we wanted from them and just continued to tell him it was a Friday night (which was actually not the problem if the guy didn't forget to put our ticket in). They would not own up to their mistakes and continued to raise his voice and tell us we were lying about when we called and when the pizza arrived. I have attached my time stamps for the calls so he can stop saying the pizza showed up 10 minutes after I called the second time since I called back 25 minutes after that call asking where it was! We will never use them again, the food is mediocre so the least you can do as a business owner is learn how to treat your customers.
