Bluefin Sushi - Reservar uma mesa

These types of sushi places are very popular in suburban areas: bright colors, sauce heavy, and creative names and concoctions. Probably not a favorite of Japanese purists, but I 'm not one. After a very looooong wait (with only one other customer in the dining area), there was some payoff. First, the plum wine was delicious, but the pour very small. The Tempura Udon was very good, decent value, but only one piece of shrimp. The Denver roll was satisfyingly ample. The Sashimi Market bowl was an ice and radish show. Service was friendly. They offer 10% when paying cash, in others words, a 10% surcharge for plastic. It felt a little nickel and dime , I can see why some reviewers felt cheated. I 'd go back, but not when it 's busy.

We placed a very large to-go order and they told us they only accepted cash for to-go orders. We were not prepared to pay with cash as they also do grub hub and Uber eats so we did not have cash. We simply told them we would have it for dine-in and then take leftovers with us and they allowed us to pay with card. Other than that little hiccup they were very nice staff and the food was delicious. It took a long time to prepare but it was a large order and they did make it look very pretty. The fish was all very good.

Came here on a whim hoping for the best and unfortunately got below average. Fish quality is poor portion sizes are very very small, the chef cuts the fish very very thin. With all the other places in town, Sushi and Maki is far far better and less expensive you can certainly do better than this place. Staff was fine, but again I would not come back here with the quality that I was served tonight. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The poke bowl is amazing if you can't get enough cucumber. It was 90% cucumbers and 10% fish mixed with seaweed. For the $22 I could have gone to the happy valley station and gotten an ocean bowl and a nice drink. Or even goto Fred meyers and get a poke bowl for cheaper and not have to run into Tracy

The food was fine, but I payed over $60 for a poke bowl and two sushi rolls. The poke bowl was 90% cucumber and it was $22! Really underwhelming and the prices are way too high for what you get.
