Quite simply the best meal we have had in our first week here! Wonderful, friendly and warm service, stunning setting, and the food was an utter joy. For starters I had the egg in a succulent sauce, with crispy ham, My wife had pork in mustard sauce on toast and our friend had the little stuffed pumpkin. All were a delight. I had a plat of a stew of shellfish in a dense vegetable sauce which again was a culinary delight. My wife and friend then had the pear in a chocolate sauce with almonds: I had a taste and the chocolate sauce was delightfully chocolaty in that wonderful bitter way of real chocolate. There are restaurants you go to when you know that they are delighted that you are there and take obvious pleasure in your response to their food. This is such a gem! We will be going back!

We stopped into this little village as it was recommended for its beauty. Since it was lunchtime, we went down some stairs to emerge onto the beautiful outdoor patio of this restaurant and immediately decided to eat lunch there. The patios and table look out over the valley. It was sunny but with a breeze so not too hot; about perfect. It was very busy with locals which to us is always a good sign. We both had a light lunch of salads that were specials that day. As with many French places, if you are in a hurry to get served you are going to be disappointed. If you are willing, however, to relax and enjoy the setting and meal, you will not be disappointed.

This restaurant provided a beautiful and unique setting in the middle of an amazing romantic village. As a party of 10 with 4 adults and 6 choosy children, we were very promptly accomodated by the server and should could not have been more friendly and happy to help and quickly served drinks to cool us in the midday heat. Food choice was perfect and everyone loved it. Would revisit if we were back the area after we were made so welcome. A highlight apart from the amazing view and vista was that there server, shook fresh apricots from the trees above the tables to make some deserts.

We ate there a day of rain, but whatever, the boss did everything we needed to take advantage of the terrace anyway, under the shade sails! very nice meal, service, smiling staff, a real pleasure this restaurant! good small dishes at a very correct price. These are serious and very commercial people! You're not gonna be disappointed!

Too expensive for what you get. Not recommended. Food is not really special. Service however was good. All in all better to aboid
