Biggby Coffee - Reservar uma mesa

Something I don't appreciate is verbally being asked to add a tip when I'm paying over $6 for a coffee, adding $1, and then having the dude at the window act like it's not enough, doesn't say thank you or acknowledge me at all and ignores me when I say have a nice day. It's just poor manners on top of being bad service, unworthy of a tip, and I'm a server so I understand what it takes. Some of the employees here are great but redheaded dude at the drive thru needs a reality check. Hounding people for tips while being rude will only get you so far.

This is what I get when I spend $4?! Where in the heck is the cream cheese?! This is horrible, just give me toasted bread and charge me $4
