Biggby Coffee - Reservar uma mesa

We drove home from a wedding when we decided to try Biggby Coffee to get a coffee. After we moved away, my 7-year-old spilled his hot chocolate on the back seat of the rental car. My husband went back and asked for napkins, and when he mentioned that he cleaned up a spill in the car, they gave him a cloth, and then completely surprised by releasing the hot chocolate as it had spilled. Maybe it's wedding emotions, but I had tears in my eyes of the kindness of the employees. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Ordered through grubhub, but there were black things floating in the drinks, probably coffee grounds but very hard.
