Today in the washing plant, car came out with slurries and dirt water residues on the paint. The left rim brush did not work, which I mounted in the petrol station at the employee present. This only said that this would be universally known and that everything would be done in April. I asked who my contact was in complaints, I was answered: no matter what, the boss goes anyway. I replied that this is not in order to offer the washing programs for the full price and not even to point out when it is generally known that the plant has a defect. It will only be answered to me that when the complaints accumulate over the day, said employee completely shuts off the machine. What is it nice for a business man??? Knowingly offering customers poor performance for full price? Unbelievable and more than happy. In the last 10 years, I've used 2 x monthly washing machines, which will never happen again. And certainly I will advise everyone to use their facility. Unfortunately you cannot forgive zero stars! After writing this very negative review, the team of the BFT petrol station has come to me. They have repeatedly apologised and explained that this is not in the sense of the company to have such an unsightly experience. In addition, a replacement wash is stored in the gas station. Great that is handled so professionally with negative criticism!! There is very exemplary and I say “thank you” that my assessment has been taken seriously!
