Great romantic Friday Night Dinner for two with my Girlfriend. We love cooking and often don't find restaurants that are better than we can do at home The Berkeley Arms is an exception to that. The Fillet Mignons she has were delicious and my Lamb Noisettes made for the best lamb I have eaten in my life. Prawn starters and Apple Crumble were of equal excellence. Mark was a great help, a good laugh and just right for the job. The younger bar/waiting staff also made a great effort to make us feel welcome and look after us. We will be back, we don't often say that! Dietary restrictions: I eat Keto (zero carb, zero sugar). The kitchen were happy to substitute the roast potatoes that came with my dish for their mixed veg. Thank you.

Stunning little pub with really fantastic food. If we lived more locally we would be regulars for sure. Signature steak and ale pie and scotch egg have raised the bar on expectations for these foods in future. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Scotch Egg

A nice hearty pub in a good location. Decent selection of ales and food. Only draw back is you have to pay for a table even if your just going for a drink.
