Benny`s Kartoffelkiste

The restaurant was very busy on Tuesday evening. They didn't have an empty table so we made a reservation and were told to come back in 30 mins. When we returned, we still had to wait for about 10 mins before we got a table. The food was very good, they specialize in dishes made from potatoes. Overall, it was a great dinner, only the service could be faster and more attentive.

What a great surprise in Winterberg. Cozy restaurant, delicious meat, and the soups are fantastic. Everthing has potatos :) The house potato soup is a must try. The people there are very friendly and attentive. Also with dogs no problem. The menu is abbondant and price is ok.

We went to the Kartoffelkiste after a long day on the slopes. The food was really nice and affordable for what you would expect from a fully occupied restaurant in a tourist location such as Winterberg. Overall very satisfied with everything.

7 of us went here after biking all day friendly staff pleasant atmosphere good food cooked well fair prices I had the stake others had the burgers. Pop in if your in the area.
