We were extremely disappointed with the service last night. We had made a 6:15 reservation and weren’t seated until about 7pm. Our server did not know the menu, so when we asked for things she wasn’t familiar with the items we were ordering. The children are supposed to get a choice of a soup or a salad, but they weren’t offered either. They did not have Children’s chopsticks nor were they willing to make any. The server did not come around often enough to ask her for anything. We sat and ate dinner with all of the used soup and salad plates still sitting there because nobody came around to pick them up. We have been going to this location for years but this has been the worst experience we have ever had at this restaurant. I really hope things change for the better. It would be a shame to lose another franchise to bankruptcy. That being said, I do have to mention that our chef was excellent and because of him, our food was amazing.

They did not accept our reservation. We were told that they were very busy and we had to wait our turn. After asking to speak to the manager we were belatedly seated. After that, we enjoyed ourselves. Food was okay, service was excellent by both the chef and the server. Prices seemed a little high.

Don’t know why it’s rated so poor , Made reservation Same day 2 hours before walked in seated within 15 minutes and it was crowded. Saturday night 6:15) Very entertaining/ Energetic good time. In and out no problems No complaints.

Wonderful experience sitting in the sushi bar area. Super friendly staff and very attentive!
