I had a cross stitch I had framed in glass that was a wedding present for my daughter and needed it sent to Arizona. It took me 9 months to complete and I was very nervous about getting it to Arizona unharmed. I spoke with Victoria at UPS store 5327 and she reassured me she would pack it with care. She said she could see how much it meant to me and she would pack it like it was her own. While I was there waiting a gentleman came up to me after overhearing our conversation and reassured me Victoria was the best at packaging. When my package finally arrived in Arizona it was unharmed even though the driver who delivered it rang the doorbell and tossed it over a 5 foot fence. Thank god for Victoria's great packing job!!! If you ever have anything fragile and needs to be shipped I highly recommend Victoria to do your packing at UPS store #5327.
Every time I visit this location I witness and have also experienced dealing with very rushy and rude employees at the counter. I have also frequently witnessed the employees negatively talking about customers as they leave and the employees clearly hate their jobs which shows in their body language and attitude with customers. I live very close to this location, but I after today, I will definitely be visiting a different location next time.
Zero rating! That manager staff are not courteous and don't understand basic business documents. The whole staff was sitting around and playing with their phones and popping bubble wrap while the manager didn't know how to notarize a simple form. Never again until that loser team is terminated.
