Beefcake Burgers

TLDR; AVOID AT ALL COSTS This place is trying way too hard. You walk in and it 's being run by sixteen year olds who have no customer service skills. Also all their ice cream is no longer being served and their pop machine was out of ice..which NO ONE bothered to mention until AFTER we had already purchased combo meals . Also it was absolutely scuzzy in there. The tables were dirty and sticky. Crumbs. I went to go wash my hands and the toilet wasn 't flushed! I was totally grossed out. The menu is clearly a plagiarism of Five Guys, done all wrong. Overly complicating it and adding extras like wraps, specials, tenderloins..you 're making it more cognitively taxing for both the customer and the crew. Also on top of my drink being HOT and FLAT, my bun was COLD, and I had maybe twelve tater tots which tasted like the oil hadn 't been changed in a couple months. Also my burgers could have been crispy? Like how hard is it to warm up a bun and like crisp a burger paddy you 're making on demand, on a flat top??? Nasty. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Best burger is Martinsville. Melts in your mouth- not greasy.The 3 patties are a lot- so I'll stick with 2. Fries are also good. Don't like the tater tots and the chicken tenders are crunchy. Customer service was wonderful for to go orders; when we dined in food was incorrect and I waited while the cook was saying it was ready. Picked up myself but not that atmosphere so overall would highly recommend.

I personally don't recommend this place at all,, I've tried it 3 times and nothing good, this last time,, I took my mother we order and paid for our food after 30 minutes of waiting never did get my food,,, this place needs some serious overhauling. PS ::: I will never patronize this place again.
