We loved our lunch break in Ax les thermes: Buddha bowl, kefir... Everything is organic, raw, vegetarian. And the boss is nice! We recommend it ! On a adoré notre petite pause du midi à Ax les thermes : Buddha bowl, kéfir... Tout est bio, cru, végétarien. Et la patronne est sympa ! On recommande !

We shared a Budda bowl and a vegetable paté place and both were delicious. Lots of tasty smoothies and desserts too. As far as I can tell the only non vegan ingredient (in a couple of desserts) is honey.

Super healthy, tasty and well priced organic food. Best salad I've had in Europe, must visit! Amazing smoothies also
