Bedford Ave Deli

I ordered a menu item from the website when it was delivered, it was not at all what I had ordered, so I called them to let them know that I received the wrong order. they then told me that the sandwich I requested was no longer on the menu. the person who took my order did not say anything about it. here is the kicker they don't offer to send me a new sandwich of something I actually want, nor was I offered a refund for $14. very dissatisfied and disappointed to say that at least.

Great hot food. Chicken cutlets consistently fresh which is why i keep coming back. The only negative is the coffee is not very good and i wish they would do something about that.

we have gone to hectors for years, eating is always great and fair prices. they also make big sandwiches for parties.
