Basilikum - Reservar uma mesa

We had read reviews about this resturant which were good so we decided to put it to the test.We booked a table for 18:30 and were the first diners there although we noted that most of the tables had a reservation notice. By 19:30 all tables were full so take note and book.Good choices both vegiterian and meat are available together with a good choice of wines and beers.We opted for green salad and salad with warm mushrooms both large portions and for our mains a rump steak medium (this was a proper medium ) and a vegiterian tart , both delicious.The only problem we had with service was that our mains were brought before our table was cleared from the starter course but apart from that it was good.Ambience is good with candles on the tables and soft light , shame about the plastic flowers.Prices are reasonable with portions on the large side.A little difficult to find but if you want nice food you will find it.

Nice atmosphere. Walls are painted in warm colors and their is nice art on the walls. We chose this by its looks and the number of people in it. We both had great fish dishes prepared nicely. Friendly staff who spoke a little English. Enjoy it
