Bank Street Cafe

Food was excellent! Had the fried pepper and goat cheese appetizer and the shrimp and grits. So good. Would definitely return for the food...but not for the hospitality. Every staff member encountered on our visit was severely lacking in that aspect. We were treated like we were a burden and instead of being able to enjoy our lunch on such a nice Friday afternoon, we felt like we were in their way even though they were not busy for a while after we sat down. Not sure we would return after this.

Great food! Great service! Worth checking out! Try the Rueben. This is an additional review ...... they change up the menu so don’t come back thinking you can get the same thing. My son and I came back to find that the food we loved was no longer available. It was especially disappointing since it was my sons 18 th birthday and he came here expecting to get his favorite burger

Great little café. We came to lunch and enjoyed the experience quite a lot. The interior is a former bank and used several of the former bank interiors, including the vault that makes the interior very picturesque and welcoming. The menu has some things you would expect and some beautiful surprises. I would recommend giving them a shot if you were in the area.

This steet café was an absolute pleasure. We had heard they had good food, and that was so true! Griffin Downtown is a nice place to visit, but this small restaurant is only added to the beautiful atmosphere of the city centre. It's a bit expensive, but the food was worth it. I had the almond trout. Very delicious!

Crab cakes were delicious and trout was very delicious! Unexpected how good the dinner was tonight. Will be back soon. Service was also good.
