Bakers Of All Nations

My family and I went out to the Island to visit my Aunt the day after Christmas. Did a quick search and found this gem in Mineola. We ended up ordering a variety of pastries and a few pastéis de Nata because what better way to compare Portuguese bakeries?!? The other pastries including eclairs and cannolis were tasty, but nothing to call home about. However, the pastéis de Nata was absolutely stunning. The cream was beautifully sweet and silky and the outer pastry was still crisp even after hours of sitting in the takeout box. I would come back for a cup of coffee and a few pastéis de Nata!I 've personally never been to Portugal, but I have a good friend who 's Portuguese and she shared with me her favorite and most authentic pastéis de Nata. No cap: Baker of All Nations topped it by MILES!

A great little bakery coffee shop wich includes toastamistas and now some of the best tasting homemade soup. Besides the cakes and pastries . The owner and her staff will take your order and serve it to your table , when you walk in it's like taking a step in to a cafe in some small town in the Portuguese country side the ambiance is simple and yes Portuguese tend to talk loud but it goes with ambiance. And you will not find a better or more fresh and creamy Pasteis de Nata

I wanted to try the signature item, pastel de nata. First time trying it, and it was excellent! The iced coffee was quite good too! Tasted like good quality coffee.

Love their egg tarts!! I keep missing the chorizo bread which I desperately want to try! ?
