Baja Fresh - Reservar uma mesa

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but if I do it is in hopes it will be feedback that can be used to improve the business. The last two visits I made to Baja Fresh on Eagle road was unimpressive. A month ago, my family and I paid a visit and the restaurant was very dirty. It had looked like a tornado ripped through the business. Not to mention it took a very long time for us to receive our order. We made a second visit today, and while the restaurant was cleaner it still could have been kept up better. The beverage station was was not clean and organized and again our order took a long time to make its way to our table. I had the crispy fish tacos and I was very disappointed. The fish was over cooked and the tortillas were chewy, cold, and tasted like I was sinking my teeth into a rubber tire. I'm sorry to say that I've given up on Baja Fresh and will no longer be eating there. I hope they can improve and get back to where they once was, but I don't hold out much hope.

I don't know they seem very strange in there since the pandemic. When I opened the door, a horrendous scream siren went off. There are hardly any tables on the floor and their prices are exorbitant. I asked for a large guacamole and then I saw this sign that said you were only allowed to have three. I thought ok but when I saw the size of the container I thought it was a small but no the small was the size of those small dipping sauce containers. The guacamole is good but not that good. Gee, it's not the old Baja Fresh that I've known.

Food=4.5 Cleanliness=1 Staff=2 We enjoy the food but when we walked in the first thing I noticed was the floor! It was filthy!! It would be one thing if they were busy and short handed but the only thing they were was short handed. When they weren't busy both the cook and cashier were on their cell phones. It was hard to walk out without stepping on food. The people working were definitely not motivated.

Love Baja Fresh but the staff on Saturday February 22 left a bit to be desired. Took forever to get our food because the cashier decided to chat to the cook the whole time. The cook couldn't multitask task, so when chatting no food was being made. On top of it all my to go order was wrong. I paid for steak fajitas got chicken, asked for pinto beans got black. Two thumbs down on service.

The place was clean, the food was very tasty and the service was fast and friendly. The portions were big for your ass. Very recommended.
