What I ate in those restaurant was good. an ordinary salad, a Jurassian escalope with white ham, cream and melted cheese with rice and a burned cream. a basic presentation for a simple family kitchen. menu price 29,50€. I really expected for such a price to a more refined cuisine.

The calf's ris is worth the detour. local cuisine is delicious. the crust paste home with foie gras is tasted.
