Soft Pretzels are fresh. Made in the premises at the Moorstown shopping centre. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. No waiting in the line as their lines are short and fast. Very clean. Staff take care of food during social distancing times. This business has been at the Moorstown Mall for years in a certain place as they have been for years. I'm glad they're still in business. I also know how they have different employees. Inclusion and no exclusion. I recommend this business for soft pulps. Cinnaminon soft pulp and almond and the original salted soft pulp I recommend trying. Your drinks also look delicious! Five stars from me! Every employee and manager deserves a wage increase and promotions! Also appreciate how they have a donation tip Jar at the counter.

Grumpy and rude staff. After waiting in a long line for a sub par Bretzel, you are grunted by person behind the counter. Save your $3 and your time. Avoid this garbage fire.

I use to love this location but not so much anymore. I work in the mall and I enjoyed going there every Sunday. But now the all the products are always burnt or dry.

An employee named tea has the most beautiful attitude every time I get a pulp. Only the order seems to interfere. Don't you want to come back?

My last experience here was terrible. I do not think I will be wasting $10 ever again. A free pretzel won't win me over.
