Auberge La Ferme

Hidden away from view sits the Auberge La Ferme, standing as a large rustic building with plenty of seating outside. The restaurant is an authentic Corsican experience and menu, there is no pandering to the tourist. The menu is relatively small and Corsican, the portions are really good and the food excellent. No one speaks English but at least for us we’re very happy to help us with pigeon french and google translate. It had the feel of being where the locals go with a strong family feel. We went back again.

We were recommended this restaurant by the hotel staff, it was a short walk from the Radisson blu. According to the menu starters were around eur15-17 so we decided to share one, and sure enough it was big enough for two. Just as well we didn't order 2. Also found this in other restaurants. But overall food was good reasonably priced although the location was opposite a building site, quiet when we visited.

I’d read some of the reviews but we really enjoyed our meals here and the home cooked soup, stews and cannelloni were superb. A lovely setting and do ignore the reviews going on about service: this has local lads working hard they are not maitre d.

Very nice Traditional Corsican restaurant set back from Acosta beach. Lovely experience to have authentic local food. Would recommend the restaurant to experience Tuesdays and Friday nights have live music at the venue.

Friendly helpful staff limited menu but every item authentic Corsican cuisine beautifully cooked and presented good selection of Corsican wines highly recommended
