A big thanks to the Auberge de Soleil for taking the initiative to offer the local community an amazing take away menu through the second covid lockdown. My family and i have ordered dinner for 6 Friday nights in a row and a Sunday lunch. We have only good feedback. The mix of Landes, French and Creole cuisine is an interesting change to the normal menus in the area. I have eaten the beef ,prepared in different styles each week,the quality of the beef is exceptional, beautifully prepared, and very large portions. Last night my wife and daughter had cabillaud en croute de citron,and found it to be a very tasty, perfectly cooked and presented dish. The risoto was very creamy and was a real risoto in my wifes words.The startes were acra with a spicy sauce, highly recommended. The value for money we have found to be exceptional. Always very big portions prepared from high quality products. The menu is varied, intersting for all the family , and under priced. We will be reviewing with photos from next week . Definately recommended for any locals or tourists wanting amazing quality and value lunch or dinner. Thanks Auberge de Soliel
