Auberge Du Froehn

Séjour en Alsace réussi en partie grâce à la découverte de cet établissement ou la cuisine prend toutes sa dimension au travers les produits, la confection de ces derniers, le tout orchestré par un service efficace et sympathique. L'accueil le fut tout autant malgré que nous n'ayons eu le temps de réserver.Nombreux vins des vignobles des alentours servis au verre, escargots et presskopf en entrées,dos de sandre rôti pour suivre excellent, très belle cuisson et fraicheur du poisson. N'hésitez pas à franchir la porte de ce petit restaurant une seule seconde si vous êtes dans les parages. Quant à nous, nous y sommes retournés le lendemain c'est peu dire.

My wife, two infants, a friend and myself dined at Auberge du Froehn on our family vacation in June. We are not an easy group for a restaurant - infants, food allergies, dietary restrictions - and Auberge du Froehn was perfect for us. Our meals were delicious. The wine selections varied and excellent (we tried several), the service efficient and friendly, and and the whole meal reasonably priced.Highly recommended if you are in the area, especially if it is a family visit or a romantic getaway.

Ich war mit meiner Frau und meinen Weinbrüdern hier im Juni und wir haben zu Abend Menü gegessen. Französische Küche, wie man es sich vorstellt. Sehr fein alles aufeinander abgestimmt. Wunderbar im Geschmack. Nicht zu üppig. Á point! Ein wirkliches Erlebnis, großer Genuss und schöner Abend. Der Service war sehr nett, trotz der großen Gruppe und weiterer Gäste. Wir kommen wieder - alleine :-)

Nous nous sommes régalés autour d'un très bon menu du jour. Très fin. Entrée, plat et vacherin glacé en dessert...Service sympa et professionnels. Une bonne carte des vins.Tout pour passer un bon moment
