Auberge De La Restonica

we were in the hotel dominique colonna next door in this restaurant and decided that it would be a simple place to eat on the first night. the first cure of the aubergine with a mousse of the local Corsican cheese was excellent. but my second cure of dorado with sweet and rice was not. some of the rice was so hard I was afraid that I could break a tooth if I'm too hard on it. the sweet was overcooked and very sad to look. my man had the night the special of the Vietnamese bark rolls with a strange dive he enjoyed, but is not like everything I ever had in the many Vietnamese restaurants. I think this restaurant makes its residential gastronomy the tour buses that stop there for lunch. if they stay in dominque colonna, I recommend to them to drive the mile in corte and eat in one of the many restaurants. I had three stars because the first cure was so good and my man liked his meal.

Great reception with very helpful and listening staff. I put 1 star on the atmosphere because a 16-American tables have spoiled the atmosphere of the restaurant, I asked a server to move us further because it is impossible to get along. A charming place in immersion in the beautiful Corsican nature, the staff is welcoming, smiling and particularly helpful. The kitchen is simply excellent, a non-exhaustive menu focused on fresh and quality products, a real delight! I strongly recommend this address at any point!

Still a pure treat today at the inn of the restonica. The welcome, the dishes, the kindness of the waiter (a love... and a frame has fallen stiff! Bravo enjoy a well-deserved rest this winter and look forward to finding you next season.
