passing through the area for a 2-day training, and being hosted at the village's stage cottage, we decided to book dinner in the village's only inn, hoping to taste local specialities. We were first surprised to be alone that evening (this would have alerted us)!. after a correct welcome, we were installed and served directly to each (10 people) a plate of charcuterie consisting of a slice of paste (not bad), a small piece of sausage and a micro slice of industrial white ham that almost no one dared taste. Then, we were entitled to a chicken thigh (of battery probably seen the size and insipid taste) served with water spaghetti. What a disappointment! while everyone was waiting for the truffle, typical dish of the region! The cheese plate was correct. As for dessert... we always expect it! Instead, we were allowed to white cheese with an extremely sweet syrup and a doubtful taste. balance: meals with 2 times meat, 2 times cheese, but no vegetables or dessert, and no local specialties. I strongly advise to avoid this restaurant. Go eat on a murat, there are bistros and restaurants where you eat very well (bar du palace, inn for a moment, restaurant of messaging). Too bad for the beautiful village of chalinargues.

We have excellently eaten, that fresh and rather very copied product in addition to a more than correct rate, we are absolutely conquered by this restaurant!The breakfast was in the same lineage, and this is the first time we had a picnic basket as much provides to a far less expensive rate than elsewhere!The boss is adorable and has been above all our expectations and expectations! we recommend and will come back!

located in a 2-star hotel, this rustic and family-like restaurant lets you presume good moments of relaxation. The reception is very correct. the dishes are copied (a beautiful and good share of pounti in the plate). The truffle has surprised us a bit since the potatoes are simply cooked with water and not jumped as tradition wants. the presentation of the wine map has been forgotten.
