Auberge De La Corne

Visited this restaurant whilst staying locally, and we were not disappointed. You can choose a la carte, or a set menu, but we choose the menu of the day, which was super reasonable and very delicious. We had soup de poisons, beef, fish cassoulet and deserts. None of it disappointed, good sized portions and very tasty. The service was great, nothing too much trouble. It is a very cute place, and I loved the décor and the way it is set out. It does tend to fill up so worth reserving a table. If we had more time, we would have returned for a second time. Well recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant is an old pair of comfortable shoes. Dependable, predictable and unchanging. There is nothing modern to be encountered on the menu. The meats, steaks, fish, gambas, and desserts are just what you might expect from a menu perhaps 50 years ago. The cheffing is competent as you would expect. The same can be said about the decor, with its wood and brass. Prices are very fair with wines to suit all pockets. It is IMPERATIVE that you book a table! Pick up the phone and enjoy.

We visited out now regular (two or three times a year) Abbeville favourite restaurant en route to our annual holiday in the Dordogne. As always, we received a warm friendly greeting from the hosts and were seated at a nice window table. We each had 3 course and all dishes were beautiful as was the house carafe of Merlot. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Abbeville. Prior booking via the website is advisable.

Genuine neighborhood pub in the middle of nowhere surprises beyond expectation Pleasant hospitality, fast and professional service, well cookes meal of the freshest ingredients, great wine to be House 's by the glass... and an authentic Bearnaise sauce as it should taste! Could you wish for more?

Friendly and efficient staff, excellent meal. So pleased we booked a table. My skate wing was cooked to perfection and my husband's steak tender and tasty.
