Au Briska - Reservar uma mesa

We had dinner here as a four on Tuesday 11 April seated by the owner. We ordered the Thai prawns for the kids which was very good with a generous helping of king prawns. I ordered the baked chicken with ravioli. Two mouthfuls in I noticed the middle of the chicken was raw I showed the waitress who was surprised I wanted it cooked more..after 10 minutes chicken was returned cooked this time with a mumbled sort of sorry. There was no attempt by the owner to really apologise for what could have been very serious especially if the kids had eaten it. We had to pay for all the food.

Each night at Avoriaz we went to a different top rated tripadvisor restaurant, but TBH au briska was much better than the rest. The staff and whole hospitality was so friendly, including giving a starter welcome dish and check shot. The food was great with awesome presentation. Don't skip the foie gras starter

Our favorite place in Avoiriaz. The chef really tries to make a special meal. Good quality food and cheeses. Way better than other options. Cheese fondue and Lemon merengue pie were great.

We turned up without a reservation but were welcomed in. Staff very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing and one of the best meals we had in Avoriaz. Would definitely visit again.

The food is superb, the staff is super nice. We went with our two kids, and it was great. We recommend it for sure. I don't usually takes photos of my food, but this plate deserves it!
