Assembly - Reservar uma mesa

So I took my granddaughter there for her 16th birthday dinner with my daughter and two grandsons the service was absolutely terrible and I’ll explain. The food I ordered which was the steak tips with potatoes and veggies came out cold so when I tried looking for our waitress there was not one to be found on the floor so I decided to walk up to the bar after waiting 5 minutes with my plate of food and ask the bartender if she could find my waitress at that time I believe the manager heard me asking for my waitress as I was holding my plate of food in my hand so she came over and asked me what was wrong and I explained and she took my food back but then when a different server came back she had an attitude about her as she handed me my plate. Then I was looking to order a second glass of wine and again I could not find my waitress so I had to ask another server who you can tell was aggravated that she had to wait on another table that was not hers. I also mentioned to our waitress that it was my grandaughter‘s 16th birthday and she was in from out of state and she Siobhan our waitress gave a half a smile.One would think being in that line of work where tips are important you would think that you would give awesome service especially when people still are going out in this bad economy. But I’m not done yet, as I said in the beginning my daughter and two grandsons also joined us and my daughter left a nine dollar tip in cash and wrote cash on the receipt Yet she was charged $18 for a tip so Siobhan the waitress added on nine dollars to my daughters debit card and took the nine dollars cash too???? This is unacceptable and I hope no one else goes through this I know for sure myself and my family will not return there ever again . Also the place was Empty 2 people at the bar and my party of 5…If you are going to pay on your debit card and pay Cash tip Watch your Drbit card folks..You have been warned.

Assembly is my way to, If I want something I know, will always be decent, I'll go there. Previously, waiting was crazy during sitting, the waiters are clearly busy and cover large sections, but still wait a long time. Recently went and sat at the bar while we waited for a table, the host never took our name, so we decided to eat at the bar. I have an app at the bar, wanted to order food and make our drinks ready. The bartender didn't even make eye contact with us, ended up talking and never asked if we want food or another drink. We asked about the bill and eat somewhere else. BUT in the meantime the poor girl next to me hated her margarita and told the bartender that she didn't like it and the bartender said well, I can't give it back, but I can add something to her and a page of O.J.... Poor girl told me it was still sucked.

Excellent food, I just give a start because the problem comes with people there, I go there every day and the girl working on Friday day has the worse attitude, she is disrespectful and works like the service she is supposed to give is a kindness and not her job. It is sad that I will stop as I order every day) just because a person

The worst place has never even a water filled for 15 minutes at least without drinking anything without a menu dirty napkins with snot on them had beef stew without beef going anywhere else seriously save your money

Great service and food. I have been coming in once a week from Maine visiting my son who is in collage in Quincy. They carry my favorite beer Allagash White. The mushroom and shrimp ravioli is absolutely amazing.
