The man at the register was very rude and was not professional at all. He was rushing me to order and got my order wrong multiple times. He did not have any patience nor a great customer service skills. Additionally, when I was watching them prep my food, they were touching the food with their bare hands, NO GLOVES. On top of that, this same man that was handling the cash register and touching the money was helping the other men prep the food with his bare hands after touching and counting the money in the register. THIS IS UNSANITARY AND A SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUE!!! This restaurant is violating the food safety regulations and they need to get inspected soon!!! It didn’t stop here, the same individual was trying to give me my food (mind you I was watching them this entire time) with missing items such as the two orders of ducks and the white riceWHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS!? GERMAN HEALTH DEPT should visit this place and conduct a thorough inspection!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT!!

Food has completely changed. Prices are going up, okay. But keep your service and quality the same. After 6 years of being a regular, I have to look for an alternative. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
