This “hotel” is a complete disgrace. I travel often for work and have 3-5 hotel stays a week. But I have never experienced anything like what I experienced in this facility. I had booked a room through a hotel portal at 7:15 p.m. According to the portal, check-in is until 11 p.m. The confirmation message came promptly and said check-in would be possible until 10:30 p.m. I'm standing in front of the hotel at 8:45 p.m. where there's a notice. Reception open until 10 p.m. Locked door, reception dark, no one there! Around the building, in through the back entrance, tried to find someone, but nowhere. Called the phone number 9 times in total, which is posted everywhere that tells you to call for check-in etc. Rings 3-4 times at the unmanned reception and then directly redirected to voicemail. After a total of two and a half hours of waiting for a call back, a response to the messages I had written or something else, I received information from the booking platform that someone answered the phone but said that it was the wrong number and hung up immediately. I was then allowed to look for a new hotel at 11:15 p.m., which obviously happens quickly at the end of the world. Even several days later I received no call back, no response to my messages or anything else. This shows how much the people in charge in the company don't care, as I'm proven to be not the only one this has happened to due to several recessions. Conclusion: From now on I will give all of the G&S art hotels a wide berth.
