Arby's - Reservar uma mesa

This place has always been pretty good up until about a couple weeks ago. Idk if all the ppl that have worked there quit or what but these new ppl have the worst attitude. Also I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap in the drive thru and it took them literally 15 minutes to give me my food when I was the only one in the drive thru. No apology or anything. I go to eat my food and it literally had one tiny piece of chicken in the whole wrap. The rest of it was just drowned in buffalo sauce. I just threw it out.i work right by this place and had eaten there almost everyday. Safe to say they won't get my business anymore. Update: I've given them another chance recently and have been doing a lot better with the quality of food they've been giving me. Only issue is their price of everything keeps going up which is a shame. They should be about $1-2 cheaper with everything on their menu IMO.

The one and only problem I have with this specific restaurant is the management. There's one absolutely lovely manager, Goldie, who was so sweet and helpful. Made me laugh and smile even after I left! However the manager who goes by Joe was the complete opposite. Approached with a nasty look on his face which I dismissed thinking something happened in the back but his tone was immediately rude and he had no patience for being there. Just acted like he hated everything and everyone. It makes me feel really bad for the other employees because his energy just seems to ruins the environment. I hope they don't keep him much longer, he can't be worth it.

This Arby's would be super nice is the management wasn't awful to people who are just waiting for help, the fat manager is constantly talking down to doordasher and is often rude to customers when inside the store. Highly recommend against eating here.

Stay away... A friend bought me a rueben sandwich at another Arby's. It was good and I was hungry. I ordered one at this one and half the meat was missing. I will not go back

Fast service tonight. Great beef and cheddar. Clean dining area.
