Arby's - Reservar uma mesa

I’ve never left a review before but I feel like I have to. I love Arby’s but the customer service makes me not want to go there anymore. To be fair I’ve had a few people here take my order that were very friendly. But most of the time they make me feel like I’m inconveniencing them. Telling me my total and telling me to pull around before I’m done ordering then getting attitude when I try to continue. And I feel like I’m asking for their first born when I ask for sauce. And there’s a host of other bad experiences. If it was only once I’d shrug it off but it keeps happening. All I want is a simple transaction with no attitude and I can’t get it. Please have a manager monitor the people taking orders and try to correct this. This is the only place I have this problem with

Came here for lunch yesterday, Tuesday. We were driving around looking for a place to eat lunch and stumbled across this restaurant. Ordered a brooklyn burger and fries. I never eat all my fries but this was an exception because the sauce they serve with it is out of this world. I never tasted anything like it, it was so good. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us decide what to order. That was the first time I ever left a 75% tip but she deserved it

This Arby's has really improved drastically since a year ago. First of all Shawn, the guy who is always at the drive-thru is awesome. He always catches everything I say and there are never any problems with the order. Besides that the food is great, I love Arby's, and this one is the best around.

only arby is in the oppositely clean and faster service. it's gonna be more expensive, but that's not arby's fault. eating is in order, is simply not as good as some others I visited in the country. I know why, but I hate the paper straws they're spending now. Metal/silicon..Food: 4/5

this place is fought for years to get good help. many of the almost food places in the lower cumberland district have fought to get good help. the personal made me feel like they're going to do me a favor.
