Now let's see that going here to do this Arby's review again, I moved around 1:59 there's really many people in the drive-thru. The dining room is now open, it was 't before the many times I came and was in the drive thru for too long. Hoping that it's better because it's open day and dining room, maybe that means they have more staff inside. I guess we'll see. Well, the time is now 2:12 I see the speaker order, but I still sit in the drive-thru I am the 6th. Car. And there are two cars behind me. It looks like there's at least one demand that's pretty high for Arby's, looks like many people like, I mean his good food. I have raised another room that I can now see that the Drive-Thru menu card is open on one side and a panel is missing. I hope there were no good deals. You just wanted to order the car standing in front of me. Time is now 217. the person who comes via speaker box has not been happy. Welcome to Arby's order if you're ready in a very tired and I'm about it kind of sound. So at 2:20 I order my sandwich, my sandwich, and that's all. I'd like to have a double-bread sandwich, that's all she says 5.95. No, thanks for not asking me if she didn't ask me if I needed anything else you didn't offer me. Now I'm not sure if I'm welcome here and judged by all this. It didn't sound very welcoming. Oh, but wait, there's a shining little sun ray in this whole mess, as I'm moving into the window at 2:28 the girl that greets me radiates. She says that she will have my order after she returned my card, and when she asked me for sauce, she actually put it in her pocket and then she told me to have a great day. I don't know what the difference in these two employees is maybe it's a bad day maybe the other is just tired to be the person working at Arby's catching all the flack for the long waits in the drive-thru and such things. But I'll tell you what the girl saved the day on the window. I didn't give any stars when I started this review, but I'm going to go forward and there are four. I was almost 30 minutes on the line to get a sandwich, but they were pretty busy. It looks like things have become a bit better, as the dining room is perhaps open or because I have come during the day? effortless to say, although I am really glad that girl was in the window, because others than that I had no good experience in Arby 's. I wish I got her name.
By car drive thru, lobby closed because of the short staff. Waiting wasn't too long. It is worth being able to get a roast beef sandwich. Not the best I got. The chicken is what we wanted to try, but was not in stock. Most objects that people want seem to be. The staff was polite as most visits. They've always been over the years. We also got the right conditions to go with our order. The curlyries were hot and fresh. They alone are a great reason to visit. Thank you.
I was highly disappointed in this order. My Premium Nuggets (9 ea. were old and hard. My DOGS would not eat them. There was no marinara sauce with my Mozzarella Sticks (6 ea. I ordered a Cherry Turnover but got apple instead. I ordered Salted Caramel Chocolate Cookie but got a peanut butter cookie instead. The Beef and Half Pound Beef apos;n Cheddar was correct and delicious.
