Arby's - Reservar uma mesa

Very disappointed today. ? Went in drive thru late afternoon; I was the only car...employee very friendly got the food quickly. I was picking up for myself taking to my Dad's; the cheese sticks were hard cold...the fries were cold bunch of burnt pieces in bottom of containers, roast beef cold but we were able to microwave them... only thing we could eat were the sandwiches .... since I was only car in lot quess we got the cold food that was sitting around forever. ?

I went through the drive through shortly after they opened. There was no one in front of me. I got to the window, paid and got my drinks. They told me they had 1 minute left in the fries and asked if I would pull forward. There was no one behind me but I pulled forward. A little over a minute later they brought my food out and said to be careful with the hit fries. They were definitely hot. Food was good.

Friendly workers and my order of 3 meals was right and hot.
