Aral - Reservar uma mesa

Incomprehensible !!!!!!!!! I refueled at the Aral over 2 months ago. Then, as always, I went in to pay my bill! 2 months later I receive a letter from a lawyer. My payment didn't work and now I have to pay back 6 times the amount! However, my bank statement showed a debit from Aral. Apparently this was the wrong amount. The mistake was clearly the staff's fault, but I was accused of having to check my bank statement after payment to see whether everything was recorded correctly... Which person checks his account statements every time he makes a payment??? Ridiculous. It's just as outrageous to write a lawyer's letter here. I also have to say that I live 1 minute away from the Aral. This could have been handled differently! I should have received another call back, but that didn't happen. The only positive thing about it is that an employee (male) tried very hard to pass everything on to management when I sought a direct conversation with management.

Unfortunately the tank is getting worse and worse. 1. No more buying a vignette 2. Food offerings drastically reduced 3. Priced goods (2x JackyCola are not sold at the priced value. (Original tone from the saleswoman, “I’m sorry, I forgot to put it away”, and also not ready to talk Conclusion: It's a shame, it used to be more pleasant here

I was charged 2.90 euros for purchasing a vignette for Austria. At no other gas station have I ever paid fees to buy a pickle. The gas station employee didn't even point out to me that he was charging fees. That is not possible!
