Applebee's Grill

Last night was worse experience we've ever had out to eat!! Waited 20 minutes to be seated, not bad, but waited 45 minutes for appetizers....but they forgot the salads!!!! Waiter checked in with us an hour and a half after we sat down and said we are running behind....and he didn't know why??? We waited anothrr 30 minutes but our meal never came!!! Are you kidding me??? We ask for check and he didn't even offer to comp the overpriced appetizers... $38 for 2 appetizers and one beer for not getting the meal we ordered after 2 hour wait???? Very very overpriced appetizers too. Management here at Fort O restaurant has very serious issues, or poor quality servers.Warn all your friends, I did. Sad sad...

wanted to give a shout out to great manager's service. John Hughes came out when I had an issue with my steak and talked to us very politely and then went back in the kitchen and cooked me another steak, perfectly cook might I add. Very satisfied Mr. Hughes. Thank you. Plus, our server Mary was also quick and very polite.
