Applebee's - Reservar uma mesa

I placed an online order at the Hoover, Alabama location and upon order completion and payment, was suggested too come pick it up at 9:49p. The pick up number was called upon arrival and pick up spot number was given. A woman I believe too be the General Manager, due too her business casual attire, poked her head out of the pick up spot station several times too check how many cars had filled the 5+ pick ups which were all full. Full too the point someone parked next too me in a handicap for a pick up. At about 10:20p I decide too walk in and ask about my order as well as other waiting patrons. Only too be told by this same woman that my order has been ready, keep in mind I’ve seen this woman several times and she’s come outside three separate occasions. Her excuse was we don’t bring food out after 10:00p and not in inclement weather, which the rain lasted for all of 2 minutes. Lukewarm food and an unapologetic staff member leaves me with no desire too patronize this establishment or any other Applebee’s for the rest of this year. I’m not asking much just some integrity and consideration from employees too customers.Parking: Hoover, Alabama a parking lot with 5 cars in it and 5 sitting in pick up spots, shows the establishment isn’t busy but the wait times are ridiculous.

that was my second visit. the first was last year to lunch. this time it was dinner. I don't think they have any work on my last visit. my man and I arrived at the restaurant. the restaurant was not busy. No one worked in the host area except on waitress who spoke with customers before us and tried to sit them and took care of their tables at the same time. I saw no manager or someone can help this poor lady until more customers went to the restaurant. the type that did not work on the floor came out and began to take names. we had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to take a place. for eating I didn't think it was great! I don't think I'll be back to the restaurant soon. the service is okay because on Friday night not many server work. our server had to record customers and wait for their tables. overall I was not impressed!

They were struggling a little from lack of people but the manager told us to be patient coming in the door and it would all be cool which it was...food didn't take long to get to us and was hot and freshWhat else can you ask for

The food was good. They were short handed. The prices are reasonable. The only thing about it was we all had our food, except my sister who the manager had gave her dish to somebody else. So they got a little confused.

I go to applebees because sometimes I want a good meal at a reasonable price where I feel comfortable and serve is good. I get this when I go there and its satisfying. That's what's up.
